| Eligibility Criteria For BEL Recruitment |
- PEECE (Project Engineer – Electronics): Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunications, Communication, or Telecommunication.
- PEMECH (Project Engineer – Mechanical): Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
Note: Part-time or correspondence degrees will not be considered. Specific specializations must be mentioned for any degree that lacks specialization details.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & REMUNERATION
|
- Duration: Initial contract for 3 years, extendable to a maximum of 4 years based on performance.
- Salary:
- Year 1: ₹40,000/-
- Year 2: ₹45,000/-
- Year 3: ₹50,000/-
- Year 4: ₹55,000/-
- Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per completed year after 4 years (Total ₹1,00,000).
- Additional Benefits: ₹12,000/year towards medical insurance, attire allowance, stitching charges, and footwear allowance.
- Area Allowance: 10% of consolidated remuneration if posted outside Machilipatnam.

POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE (AS ON 01.10.2024):
|
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience is required. Academic or teaching experience will not be considered.
- Internship or project work as part of academic curriculum is not considered as experience.
Experience Preferences:
- PEECE (Electronics): Experience in PCB testing, troubleshooting, design software like VDSP & Quartus/Xilinx, and environmental tests.
- PEMECH (Mechanical): Experience in inspection, assembly/testing of high precision devices, high-pressure pneumatics systems, and manufacturing processes.
