Age Limit for IDBI 2024 Recruitment
  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years
  • Age will be calculated as of 1st October 2024. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.
Educational Qualifications
1. Junior Assistant Manager (Generalist) – Grade ‘O’
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
– Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the local language.

2. Assistant Manager (Specialist) – Grade ‘O’
-Qualification: A 4-year degree (B.Sc./B.Tech/B.E.) in one of the following fields with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates):
– Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/Technology, Sericulture, Agricultural Forestry.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following steps:
1. Written Examination
2. Interview
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination
5. Final Merit List

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in these stages.
